What do we do with your data

This allows us to make an appointment, proceed with the payment and keep you informed about your appointment. We give your information to others when needed, for example to our delivery service, if it’s requested by you.
  • Your client’s card / account In your client’s card/account, we store the following information: your name, address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address, payment information, all necessary information about your pet and other interests (for example, if we have asked your birth date). Convenient, because then you don’t have to enter this information each time. We will also keep information about your previous bookings so that you can easily find it again. Is your data incorrect or do you want to remove your details, please feel free to contact our customer service. We are ready to help you.
  • To facilitate account creation and logon process [with your Consent]
  • Customer experience We use your information to make your customer experience with us as personal as possible. We customize what you see on pamppy.dog to meet your interests. For example, we might use data from previous bookings, your IP address and surf and search behaviour.
  • To send you marketing and promotional communications [with your Consent] We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can sign up for our newsletter. Would you like to receive newsletters from us no more, then send an e-mail to dog@gmail.com.
  • To send administrative information to you We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • To post feedbacks [with your Consent] We post feedbacks on our website and social media accounts that may contain personal information.
