- Moisturizer & Massage Dog Paws: Dry and cracked paws can cause your pooch a lot of pain, but it’s easier than you think to keep their little pads healthy. While we already have invested in giving your pet the perfect pedicure, it’s not unusual to overlook their paw pads. In fact, much like our own feet, we often forget that our pooch’s pads need regular maintenance to make sure those daily walks are a pleasurable experience. Making this treatment regularly along with professional massage will help keep your pup’s paws moisturized and crack-free
- Professional Dog Ear cleaning
We can only work with healthy animals that are free of disease or serious health conditions. We reserve the right to refuse treating any animal that exhibits aggressive behaviour (e.g. biting, scratching).
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice or full charges will apply.
Late arrivals: If the groomer’s schedule is booked up for the day: the front desk is at liberty to decide if the customer arriving over 15 minutes late should be granted a cancellation and a full refund. If there is room in the groomer’s schedule for a late arrival (over 15 mins): additional charges should be applied and confirmed once the customer arrives at the salon.
Greeting our guests: Our team will be sure to listen to and take on board all of your preferences upon dropping off your pet with us. Both the front desk and groomer will meet you and your pup together in the parlour, where they will walk you through all of the recommended treatments for your breed and agree on the full range of services that will be provided. If the owner is unable to drop off their pup in person, we will give you a call to agree on the details.
