  • Your client’s card / account In your client’s card/account, we store the following information: your name, address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address, payment information, all necessary information about your pet and other interests (for example, if we have asked your birth date). Convenient, because then you don’t have to enter this information each time. We will also keep information about your previous bookings so that you can easily find it again.   • Customer experience We use your information to make your customer experience with us as personal as possible. We customize what you see on to meet your interests. For example, we might use data from previous bookings, your IP address and surf and search behaviour.
